Comedy Night is back with an all new line up. Local comic, Mark Scalia will headline. Known for putting on the Salem Comedy Festival, along with appearances on Comedy Central, Mark has committed years to the art of stand up, showing off his unique perspective on all sorts of topics.

About Chef Patrick Lord:

Born and raised in New England Chef Lord holds a degree in Finance from the University of Oregon. After spending years in the finance industry, Chef Lord realized his true passion was cooking, which led him to The California Culinary Academy. Chef Lord continued his education with an externship in Paris, France. Receiving high accolades as one of the top chefs in Denver, Colorado while working for Chef Wolfgang Puck, and received the award for Best of Show at The Taste of Colorado.
His love for seafood, and Homestyle New England cooking with a Mediterranean influence brought him back to New England. After a stint with Legal Sea Foods he spent years working at several famous restaurants on the Cape & Islands. Chef Patrick then gained great banquet experience working at Towne Stove & Spirits, Stephanie's Restaurant Group, and BNEG in the Seaport at The Grand. He now brings his vast knowledge and expertise to your home. Let Chef Patrick guide you through your culinary journey and give you a great dining experience from Plat Du Jour.
